Are you a finance professional ready to step into a strategic, visible, and influential role?
We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and implement smart, AI-driven processes to enhance spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the COO to provide a consolidated and strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
* Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP exports, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
* Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budgeting.
* Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or contract renegotiation to reduce costs.
* Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing changes and vendor management strategies.
* Collaborate with the Finance Director and Retail Director to align reporting standards.
* Assist with the implementation of payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
* Introduce best practices in commercial operations, ideally with vendor/seller experience.
Position Details
* Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
* Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience with strong financial fluency.
* Advanced Excel skills, including automation of data handling and analysis.
* Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
* Self-starter with initiative and comfort challenging existing processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading finance modernization and automation efforts.
* Commercial mindset with skills in pricing, scenario modeling, and strategic thinking.
