Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships with supply chain and procurement clients and candidates.
* Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across logistics, operations, and SC disciplines.
* Deliver bespoke recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
* Meet targets via high-quality placements and proactive talent pipelining.
* Represent the brand at events, and provide salary benchmarking and career advice.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and maintain accurate CRM records.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven commercial recruitment or sales background—supply chain experience a big plus.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Self-motivated and highly organised, with strong time management.
* Business development aptitude—confident and proactive in new client outreach.
* Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
