* Arrange and attend meetings with both prospective and existing clients, building strong, long-term relationships founded on trust and service excellence.
* Represent BAYtek at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations, acting as a knowledgeable and professional brand ambassador.
* Build and maintain strong product knowledge, delivering pre-sales technical guidance and customer training through ongoing professional development.
* Prepare and deliver engaging, customer-focused presentations that clearly communicate the value of our products and services.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support shared objectives and maximise overall team success.
* Take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to order completion, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout.
* Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a motivated approach to achieving targets, while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
* Support the Sales Director with additional tasks where required, in line with the responsibilities of the role.
