The Client:

The Duties:
8. Lead the development, optimisation, and support of advanced manufacturing processes
9. Drive continuous improvement across both new product introductions and existing production lines
10. Implement in-process controls to reduce variation and improve consistency
11. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning
12. Identify and prioritise cost-saving opportunities
13. Propose, risk-assess, implement, and validate process changes
14. Support the introduction of new equipment and technologies
The Requirements:
15. Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
16. Proven experience in wafer-level processing, MEMS, or microfabrication technologies
17. Strong knowledge of manufacturing process development, SPC, and cleanroom environments
18. Skilled in failure analysis, FMEA, and statistical tools for defect reduction
19. Familiarity with metrology tools (e.g. SEM, optical profilometry, microscopy)
20. Experience delivering robust processes for both NPI and production
21. Ability to work independently, mentor others, and influence cross-functional teams
22. Desirable: CAD for tooling design, Python/MATLAB for data analysis, Six Sigma certification, experience in semiconductor or optoelectronic device manufacturing
