IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator with minute taking experience to join our client's Community Learning Disability Team in Bolton, BL4.
* This role requires the applicant to organise and take minutes so someone with experience of minute taking or a willingness to learn is essential.
* Compiling duty rotas, supporting any IT call requests, updating spreadsheets and collating information and liaising with Management.
* Supporting the Lead Senior Admin – delegating work, staff rotas to ensure reception cover and undertaking general admin duties.
* Managing and monitoring petty cash and floats.
* Supporting the Team with annual leave, calendar management, duty rotas etc.
* To support team with any other administration tasks required.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Administration or above.
* Minute Taking experience.
* At least 3 years administration experience.
* IT Literate.
* Excellent telephone and customer service manner.
Hours & Pay
* Monday - Friday
* 08:30am- 5:00pm
* £13.34 PH.
* Weekly pay whilst through agency
* No DBS required
