Production Manager is required for a highly established global engineering and manufacturing organisation, recognised for delivering advanced vacuum and engineering solutions across semiconductor, scientific, industrial, renewable energy, and high-technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Team Leaders and production teams across multiple manufacturing areas
Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives using VTPS methodologies
Manage production planning, labour utilisation, and workflow optimisation activities
Monitor and report on operational KPIs including productivity, OTIF, quality, and labour performance
Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2018 standards
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience within a manufacturing or engineering production environment
Previous experience managing Team Leaders and production teams
Experience with production planning, workflow control, and labour management
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, ideally SAP
