Responsibilities
* Leading, training, and motivating the housekeeping team to deliver high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
* Managing rotas, stock levels, and daily operations efficiently.
* Conducting room inspections to maintain quality control.
* Working closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management housekeeping role (preferably in a hotel).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
