Step into a role as a Supervisor working in one of our retail stores where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same.

Responsibilities
* Lead the sales team by example with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that aligns with the Joules brand.
* Support development of the sales team and ensure customer needs are met.
* Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability.
* Ensure flexible working options are utilized where applicable.
About You / Qualifications
* Previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to progress your career.
* Ability to think commercially and work with the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
