Job Title: Engineering Administrator
Location: Evesham
Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,728.00
Contract: Permanent Full time
Due to growth, I am seeking an Engineering Administrator who is enthusiastic and organised that will continue with the smooth running within a small busy office environment based in Evesham, Worcestershire.
It is important that you have the relevant customer service and administration background. This role is targeted around answering calls, booking breakdowns and services, and sending quotes to customers, as well as other office administration duties.
You are required to work a Saturday morning (4 hours overtime rate) on a rota basis.
Your duties and responsibilities:
* Answering the telephone to internal and external callers
* Processing quotes and payments
* Ordering stock and dealing with suppliers
* Update computer system with stock levels and prices
* Promptly respond and manage all enquiries from clients and internal staff
* Send job sheets to Engineers
* Assist colleagues when necessary
Requirements:
* Impeccable telephone manner
* Ability to work as a team
* Excellent computer skills
* Great personal time management
* Work well under pressure
* Extremely organised
This is a full-time position for a suitable candidate. It comes with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, descretionary bonus, company pension + more.
Your working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
