Bromford Flagship LiveWest(BFL) is a newly formed housing group, bringing together the two organisations to create one of the largest housing associations in England. Together, we own and manage homes for around 300,000 customers across east, central and southwest England and have a total turnover of over £1bn.
By coming together, we are unlocking over £3bn of additional financial capacity, enabling us to build thousands more affordable homes per year with a focus on social rents. We can invest more in existing homes and neighbourhoods and strengthen the services we provide to customers. While we operate as one group, our landlords continue to work locally, preserving strong local identities and relationships.
