We’re partnering on an exciting new role within a fast-growing, mission-led fintech organisation helping to transform SME lending and drive real economic impact.
This is a Senior-level Data Product role sitting at the heart of a data-driven transformation journey- ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data ecosystems into clear, valuable business outcomes.
The role in a nutshell:
* Lead data product strategy and delivery across key business domains
* Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised, value-driven roadmap
* Partner closely with engineers, analysts, and data scientists to shape scalable data solutions
* Act as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
* Drive data maturity across the organisation and champion best practice
* Support and mentor junior team members within the data product space
* Own OKRs and contribute to strategic planning cycles
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in data product management or closely aligned roles
* Proven ability to work across complex stakeholder landscapes
* Hands-on understanding of data platforms (warehouse/lake environments)
* Confident using SQL for exploration and insight
* Experience collaborating with analytics, BI, or data science teams
* Strong communicator who can translate technical detail into business impact
* Passion for using data to solve real-world problems and improve outcomes
