Job description We have an urgent requirement for a temporary finance assistant to work for the next 4 weeks initially (may go on beyond this).
The Role: As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance department in day-to-day financial operations, helping to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient processing of transactions, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Supporting payroll and expense processes
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
