Do you want a dynamic and exciting career in the automotive industry? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our busy body shop. You will gain the skills to accurately inspect and assess all elements of a motor vehicle that has sustained damage and requires repair.
What you will do:
As an Apprentice VDA, you will join a team of professionals, learning to inspect damaged vehicles, assess the extent of damage, repair costs, and timeframes. You will identify the correct repair methods, prepare, record, and maintain estimates both electronically and manually. You will liaise with insurance companies to obtain repair authorizations and communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and technicians to explain repair methodologies.
What you will bring:
* GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above
* Enthusiasm to learn and build your career
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Ability to use a laptop or desktop
* Previous work experience or interest in the automotive sector
