Office Administrator\n Stoke on Trent (office based)\n3-month FTC\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide day-to-day administrative support including filing, data entry, document control, and correspondence.\nAnswer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.\nMaintain accurate records and databases.\nManage office supplies and stationery orders.\nAssist with diary management, meetings, and general office coordination.\nAssist with basic finance tasks such as processing invoices and expenses.\nUse Sage accounting software for routine data entry and record updates (training can be provided if needed).\nSupport credit control activities, including monitoring invoices and payment follow-ups.\nAssist with month-end administration and reporting where required.\nLiaise with external accountants or bookkeepers as needed.\nProvide administrative support to managers and team members.\nEnsure confidentiality and data protection procedures are followed.\nSupport the improvement of office systems and processes.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nPrevious experience in an office administration role.\nBasic experience or familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software (desirable, not essential).\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\n...
