Painter – Kitchens & Bathrooms (Social Housing) | Location: Blackburn | Rate: £21 per hour CIS | Start Date: 15 September | Duration: ongoing long term work (4 – 6 months)
We are seeking a qualified, time served Painter to join a social housing project in Blackburn, working on kitchens and bathrooms.

Responsibilities
* Paint kitchens and bathrooms in social housing properties.
* Work within tenanted properties to a high standard of finish.
* Operate with minimal supervision and maintain quality workmanship.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Painting & Decorating
* Previous experience working in tenanted properties
* Own vehicle and tools
* Available to start on 15 September
* Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
