We believe high-quality healthcare is delivered by focusing on the experience of patients, the public, and colleagues. Our improvements have been driven by two core commitments:
* We expect all patients to receive the same standard of care we would want for our friends and family.
* We expect all colleagues to be treated with the support, kindness, and respect we value.
We aim to work with partners, extend beyond hospital boundaries, and help our local population become healthier.
