Job Role
We are looking for a Garden Centre Team Member (Plants). You will be central to our operations, ensuring customers have the best experience in store.
Requirements
* Physically fit, as the role involves heavy lifting and moving.
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Ability to move heavy loaded trolleys through the plant department.
* Availability to work full weekends, Bank Holidays, and holiday cover.

Skills Required
* Basic knowledge of horticulture.
* Good physical fitness for heavy lifting and pulling large trolleys.
* Good communication skills and teamwork.

* Excellent customer service skills.
* Motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed.
Primary Duties
* Work within the plant team in the houseplant area.
* Stock control and rotation.
* Unloading and displaying new deliveries.
* Merchandising plant tables and displays.
* Plant care, including booking deliveries and managing wastages.
* General maintenance and plant care.
* Assisting customers with advice and requirements.
* Basic plant knowledge (preferred).
