* Saturday: 05:00 - 09:00
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before tasks and championing our brilliant products. You will be the voice of the customer helping us continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy and ensure shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Receive training to use digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer
