Executive Assistant – Private Equity

Are you an accomplished Executive Assistant ready to take on a high-impact role in one of London’s most prestigious Private Equity firms? We’re partnering with a global investment leader renowned for its exceptional people culture, outstanding retention, and reputation for excellence, to find an EA who can make a real difference.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a Managing Director, Senior Vice President and Senior Associate within a world-class team based in beautiful Mayfair offices. The London team of around 100 operates as part of a wider global network spanning six offices worldwide.
In this varied and fast-paced position, you’ll play a central role in keeping the leadership team operating at peak performance. You’ll coordinate international schedules, manage complex travel, prepare high-quality materials, and act as a trusted partner to your executives.
What you’ll be doing
• Owning complex, multi-time-zone diary and meeting management
• Coordinating detailed international travel – private aviation experience a plus
• Preparing polished presentations, reports, and meeting materials
• Managing expenses and records with precision via Concur
• Handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
• Acting as a key liaison for senior internal and external contacts
• Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing EA team
• Providing occasional out-of-hours support when required
Who we’re looking for
You’re a proactive and composed professional with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for supporting at the highest level. You’ll ideally bring experience from Private Equity, Investment Banking or another alternative investment environment, and you’ll be confident navigating the demands of a fast-paced, performance-driven firm.
• Proven experience as a senior EA within financial or professional services
• Degree-educated with strong academic background
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
• Strong technical skills across Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Concur
• Calm, polished and discreet – a true ambassador for your team

• Competitive base salary: £60,000–£70,000
