Role: Labelling Compliance Coordinator

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a successful food manufacturing business based in Poole. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Labelling Compliance Coordinator to join their Technical team, focusing on the labelling & packaging.
This role is key in ensuring all product labels & packaging meet current UK, EU, and US food compliance regulations, supporting new product launches and maintaining brand consistency.

What’s the job role?
* Manage packaging & labelling design projects from start to finish
* Ensure accurate & up-to-date ingredient, allergen, & nutritional information
* Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, NPD, QA, Supply Chain) & external suppliers
* Approve final artwork, checking for compliance, print quality, barcodes, & cutter guides
* Maintain accurate audit-ready records of labelling approvals & updates
* Provide food labelling & regulatory advice to the wider business
* Work with SAP, Excel, & Access to manage product data
Skills Required?
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of food labelling legislation (UK, EU & USA)
* Proficient in SAP, Access, and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail & ability to manage multiple projects
* Familiar with label/packaging management systems
