About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive SHEQ Manager to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and management of our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality systems across multiple construction projects in the Manchester region.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and driving continuous improvement in SHEQ performance throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and legal requirements.
2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to SHEQ standards.
3. Lead incident investigations and produce detailed reports with corrective actions.
4. Provide SHEQ training and support to site teams and employees.
5. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting of required documentation.
