Role Overview: We're looking for an SEO Sales Consultant who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and closing deals that deliver real impact. In this role, you'll lead the full sales cycle for SEO and digital marketing services — from outreach and qualification to tailored solution design and contract negotiation. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey from the first conversation through onboarding and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation:
* Identify, research, and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and inbound leads.
* Qualify prospects to ensure a strong fit for Geeky Tech's SEO and digital services.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Consultative Selling:
* Conduct discovery calls to uncover challenges and opportunities.
* Present our services with confidence, positioning Geeky Tech as a growth partner — not just a supplier.
* Build tailored proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Collaboration & Handover:
* Work with marketing on lead generation and nurture campaigns.
* Collaborate with SEO Strategists and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful onboarding.
Performance & Reporting:
* Track and report on key sales metrics: conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue growth.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Who You'll Work With: Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer
Works Closely With:
* Marketing team (for lead generation & campaigns).
* Service delivery & strategy teams (for client handover & retention).
What Success Looks Like:
* Consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.
* Strong pipeline management and conversion metrics.
* Excellent client feedback and seamless onboarding experiences.
What We're Looking For: Essential:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing, SEO, or technology services.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence using CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
Nice-to-Have:
* Understanding of SEO, PPC, or digital marketing terminology.
* Experience working with marketing agencies or SaaS/tech-sector clients.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate results into client value.
