Overview
A designer and manufacturer of complex electromechanical safety-critical products for industrial & environmental applications is currently looking for a Field Service Engineering Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
* Managing field service personnel, providing effective support and assistance
* Conduct regular 1-2-1s and bi-annual appraisals with direct reports
* Monitor team performance, develop training plans and provide coaching as necessary
* Acting as a liaison and escalation point, both internally and externally for installation, commissioning and service
* Continually evaluate and improve field service processes
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Field Service Manager or similar managerial role
* Strong people manager and the ability to manage a remote team
* Experience of health and safety requirements
* Background in Electronics/Electrical
Desirable Requirements
* NEBOSH/IOSH General H&S Certificate
* Experience working with complex electromechanical devices and equipment
* Experience working in a regulated environment
