An award-winning Top 50 UK law firm is seeking an experienced, ambitious and client-focused Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing Thames Valley team in Reading.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious residential property matters, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and bespoke legal solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling a varied caseload including:
Sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Voluntary first registrations
Lease extensions
Delivering high standards of client care and technical excellence
Supporting and supervising junior team members
Collaborating across teams to share knowledge and drive best practice
Contributing to business development and cross-referral opportunities
Building strong and lasting client relationships
The team operates electronically and offers hybrid working, with an expectation of approximately three days in the office (subject to team and client needs).
