The Role:
As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing a team of operatives to carry out soft landscaping activities.
* Ensuring high-quality turfing, shrub planting, tree planting, mulching, and seeding.
* Coordinating with site managers and other teams to ensure project success.
* Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
* Driving to various new build developments around the South East.
Requirements:
* Experience in running a team of operatives.
* Valid driving license.
* CSCS card.
