Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves engaging with customers, managing service areas, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential qualities for success in this position.
Duties
* Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, including catering requests
* Serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
* Assist with food preparation and presentation when required
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
* Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages
* Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience
* Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable
* Experience working in a restaurant environment is beneficial
* Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
* Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is preferred
* Familiarity with food preparation and presentation techniques is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
