Private Client Solicitor – Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a valued client who is currently expanding their Estate Planning team due to continuous growth. This client has a constant work stream from their members, banks and charities so no need for marketing and no billable hours!
As the Private Client Solicitor, you will be:
* Looking after your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs
* Engaging with clients through numerous methods of communication
* Working collaboratively with a supportive Estate Planning team to continually develop your legal skills, administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels
* Using your legal knowledge of Wills, Trusts and LPAs to mentor more junior members of the team
The Private Client Solicitor will have:
* Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (Solicitor, CILEx or equivalent)
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft a range of technical Estate Planning documents
* The ability to use your initiative and prioritise your workload
* A client-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a remote setting
