This is a senior leadership position where you will be the driving force behind the school’s financial stability and operational efficiency. You will work as a close partner to the Headteacher, ensuring that every penny of the budget is optimized to support student outcomes.

Detailed Responsibilities
* Financial Strategy: Managing the school’s multi-million-pound budget, including long-term financial planning, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring rigorous audit compliance.
* HR & Operations: Leading the support staff teams (Finance, Admin, Site, and IT) and overseeing payroll, recruitment, and staff contracts.
* Premises & Safety: Acting as the lead for Health & Safety, overseeing major capital projects, and managing external facilities contracts.
* Income Generation: Identifying and bidding for external grants and managing school lettings to maximize non-governmental revenue.
