g2 Recruitment invests heavily in the development of our people. Due to continued growth across our business, we are further expanding our L&D team to bring onboard an additional Academy & Systems Trainer into our London office, with some travel to other sites.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who loves recruitment but is looking to take a sidestep from a 360 role into a sales support position. At g2, all consultants are hired as trainees, and developing new starters quickly is key to our success and growth. We believe in a blended learning approach, combining deskside and classroom training, with plenty of support from a high-achieving team. Responsibilities
* Deliver a variety of sales training programmes for new starters.
* Deliver recruitment systems training across all applications (CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, MI Reporting).
* Work closely with managers to build, develop, and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
* Ensure training records are logged and kept up to date.
* Conduct 1:1 training using various training & coaching techniques.
* Provide prompt feedback to managers on team performance and support strategies.
* Track and monitor individual development progress to ensure training effectiveness.
* Coordinate and manage the logistics of all training sessions.
* Design and update training content regularly.
Qualifications
* Experience within a 360 recruitment position.
* Ability to travel weekly to different offices.
* Interest in building a career within L&D.
* Diligent and well-organised.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
* Fluency in French, Dutch, or German.
* Experience recruiting in EU markets.
Pay Range and Benefits
Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 + 10% performance bonus upon probation completion.
