Transport Broker / Trader - Logistics Location: Hinckley, LE10 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £34,000 - £38,000+ per annum Overview We are recruiting an experienced Transport Broker / Trader to join a busy subcontract haulage operation. This role supports customers across manufacturing, retail and logistics, delivering transport solutions from single pallets through to nationwide distribution. Key Responsibilities 1. Resource and allocate loads daily, achieving best possible margins 2. Schedule deliveries in line with customer expectations 3. Proactively source additional work via transport trading platforms 4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers 5. Maintain regular communication with subcontract hauliers 6. Monitor delivery performance and manage any delays
