Overview
Property Administrator role at Fisher German LLP based in the Ashby office within the Rural Property Management team. The team manages private landed estates across the Midlands as well as non-operational property for a corporate management client. The work involves the management of predominantly residential and agricultural portfolios as well as some commercial assets on the estates.
Responsibilities
* Assisting the estate management team with general administration tasks
* Arranging planned and reactive maintenance of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties
* Arranging appointments
* Being a point of contact and directly reporting to our clients and other stakeholders
* Occasional site visits / external meetings
* Inputting onto various property and compliance management systems such as Meridian, Released, Xero & Focal Point
* Creating and maintaining documentation for property records (tenancy agreements, rent review notices, compliance certificates) liaising with our central admin hub and capturing efficiencies to improve processes
* Maintaining Grosvenor Systems – Propman and Released; liaising with accounts teams to ensure accuracy of both management and reporting data, and processing supplier payments
* Ensuring client files – paper or electronic – are managed in adherence with the latest RICS regulations
Requirements / The successful candidate will have
* The ability to work alone and as part of a team, and prioritise tasks
* The appetite to be versatile and able to tackle a variety of different jobs at once
* Experience or openness to learning compliance & property management systems such as Meridian and Released
* Good experience in the use of Word, Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and communication skills
* The ability to build and maintain positive & proactive relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
* A basic knowledge of buildings and property maintenance
* Full clean driving licence
