Reed Finance is partnering with a large organisation in Chesterfield that is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager following a recent restructure. This role will take on a key leadership position within the finance function and will play a vital part in supporting the organisation’s ongoing operations.
The Role
The Finance Manager will lead a dedicated finance team, driving high-quality financial reporting, operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. They will take responsibility for statutory financial reporting and will support the delivery of effective management accounting across the organisation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
* A fully qualified finance professional (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
* Experienced in a senior finance role with a strong track record
* Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively business partner with non-finance teams
* Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
