About this role We have two exciting opportunities for ambitious professionals with a passion for higher education to join UWE Bristols Academic Quality and Partnerships Enhancement (AQPE) team as Senior Quality Advisers. AQPE provides university-wide support for the ongoing development and review of UWE Bristols educational portfolio across three interconnected areas of activity: curriculum, collaborative provision, and standards and accreditation. These two roles are based within the collaborative provision service area. We support the development and operation of UWE Bristols broad and expanding portfolio of UK and international partnerships, implementing and renewing partnership agreements, monitoring the quality and enhancement of partnership provision, and ensuring that the required policies and processes are in place and adhered to. The role holder has responsibility for managing other members of the team and ensuring that individual and team goals are achieved. The role may also involve travel in the UK or internationally from time to time, with reasonable notice. We are a very friendly, lively, informed and dedicated team. About you Youre an experienced professional with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to balance a range of responsibilities in a flexible, autonomous and proactive manner. Collaborative and inclusive, youre confident to work with a wide range of stakeholders, providing trusted advice, guidance and where appropriate challenge. You have broad-based administrative experience, strong IT skills, and experience of working within complex regulatory frameworks such as those found in higher education. You have experience of managing an individual or team, and are able to motivate and influence others to achieve tasks to meet deadlines. You can demonstrate a commitment to your own continuing professional development, and to enabling a culture of continuous improvement that fosters excellence in learning and teaching. A background in legal and/or collaborative partnership working would provide a good grounding for the role but is not essential experience. Where are these roles based?
