Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the first point of contact for their valued corporate clients across the UK and internationally. Duties include:
* Deliver seamless onboarding and implementation experiences for new clients.
* Provide world-class customer service and quickly resolve any product or service queries.
* Go above and beyond for customers, your term and the organisation to ensure continued growth and success.
* Act as a product SME and trusted client partner, sharing insights with both clients and internal teams.
* Collaborate with the Customer Success Team and wider business to enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales to drive revenue opportunities.
* Present client insights and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Champion retention and long-term client success.
Our client is looking for the 'best of the best' in SaaS Customer Success! Essential skills and experience include:
* 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success within a SaaS / tech / fintech organisation.
* Proven relationship building and account management skills.
* A strong commercial mindset with excellent problem solving abilities.
* European language skills are a plus!
* Confident communicating with and engaging senior stakeholders.
* Highly organised, great attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities.
