Your Role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will include:

1. Prepare, measure, and build cost estimates, plans, and tender documentation.
2. Manage budgets, reporting, and forecasting.
3. Ensure compliance within industry regulations.


The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

1. 6+ years qualified experience within the built environment.
2. Chartered status preferred.
3. Full right to work in the UK and a clean driving license.
4. Live within a commutable distance to Chorley.
