Night Senior Support Worker – Care Concern Group – Limewood Care Home
Limewood Care Home, Stafford provides specialist dementia care for up to 59 residents, supporting individuals from early diagnosis through to the end of life.
* Contract: Full Time
* Salary: £12.42 per hour

* Contracted Hours: 38 per week

Your Role
As Night Senior Support Worker you will lead and support the care team during night shifts, ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care. You will provide guidance, delegate tasks effectively and lead by example, fostering a calm, safe and positive atmosphere throughout the home. Your duties include assisting with personal care and mobility, administering medication safely, maintaining accurate records and responding quickly to any emergencies. You will also ensure residents feel supported and comfortable overnight while maintaining clear, professional communication between staff, residents and families.
What We Are Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential (we will consider experienced Support Workers working towards Level 3)
* Medication training and competence in medication administration
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* A kind, caring and compassionate personality with a person-centred approach
* The ability to stay calm, organised and professional during night shifts
