CNC Miller Setter/Programmer

Join our family-owned engineering company where precision and quality are at the heart of everything we do. We are a close-knit team specializing in high-precision CNC machining, and we're looking for a skilled and ambitious CNC Programmer/Setter to contribute to our workshop’s success.
In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge HAAS CNC machines in a well-maintained, organized facility that’s designed for optimal efficiency. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance across all our projects.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Regular overtime available.
Your Responsibilities
Confidently program, set, and operate HAAS CNC milling machines.
Manufacture small, repeatable, precision components in steel, plastics, brass, and aluminum.
Ensure consistent quality control throughout production.
Follow established processes and work with existing tooling for repeat components to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
What You’ll Need
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.
Strong knowledge and confidence in using measuring equipment.
Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setting, and operation.
Willingness to develop and learn new skills through provided training.
