The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, supporting the UK, Ireland, and Serbia. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives and comply with local regulations. The manager will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global Total Rewards colleagues to ensure consistency, equity, and market competitiveness.
Location: Dundee
This position reports to the Global Total Rewards Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs that support talent attraction and retention.
2. Benefits Administration: Partner with the Global Benefits Team to manage health, retirement, and wellness programs, including vendor selection and renewals. Oversee the pension and retirement plans, and serve as the company’s representative in interactions with plan Trustees and Brokers.
