As one of the UK’s fastest-growing oral care brands, we’re stocked in major retailers, dental clinics, and online, with rapid international expansion across the US, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and South Africa.
We’re a creative, collaborative team entering an exciting new phase of growth in 2025/2026. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a focus on digital marketing and campaign design – from social posts and paid ads to email banners and retailer promotions.
This is not a UX/UI role – it’s about creating scroll-stopping visuals that shape how customers experience Ordo online and across digital channels.
About the Role
You’ll craft creative that drives results across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and a range of international retailers, while ensuring every asset reflects Ordo’s modern, design-led identity. From fast-turnaround promotional graphics to seasonal brand campaigns, your designs will be bold, stylish, and commercially effective.
Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you’ll deliver impactful, production-ready content for online audiences – the visuals people see, engage with, and share.
Key Responsibilities
* Crafting creative – design engaging assets for paid ads, social media, email, web banners, and retailer promotions.
* High-impact visuals – produce on-brand creative for Google, Meta, and retailer platforms.
* Brand consistency – use style-setters and guides to maintain a clear, cohesive visual identity across all work.
* Retailer & partner support – adapt creative for UK and international retail partners.
* Marketing collateral – design supporting assets such as presentations, event materials, and product imagery.
* Motion-ready assets – prepare layered files and elements for motion and 3D campaigns.
* Workflow management – manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
* Collaboration – share ideas, respond to feedback, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Are Looking For
* A genuine interest in digital-first design and marketing.
* A portfolio (university, freelance, or personal projects welcome) showing creative thinking, attention to detail, and digital-first execution.
* Proficiency in at least two of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* An eye for typography, layout, and creating visuals that stand out online.
* Curiosity about social and digital marketing trends.
* A proactive, adaptable attitude and strong organisation skills.
