Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant include:

3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
4. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
5. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
6. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
7. Assist with payroll processing and related financial tasks.
8. Provide support during audits and ensure accurate documentation.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
10. Perform other related tasks as required by the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

11. Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
12. Experience working in a structured financial environment.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
14. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
15. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
16. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
