Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
* Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Handle human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
* Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to foster positive relationships.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an office management role or similar administrative position.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone etiquette.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience is essential.
