We are looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer / SQL Developer to design and build high-quality marketing data assets. You will develop and maintain core marketing databases (B2C and B2B) to enable smarter campaigns and deeper customer insights.

How You Will Make An Impact
* Build & Evolve Data Assets – Develop and maintain robust SQL-based data structures in BigQuery (with some legacy systems in Snowflake) to create scalable marketing data products.
* Enhance Marketing Campaigns – Transform complex business data into clear, actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness.
* Understand the End User – Anticipate how marketers, analysts, and other stakeholders use data, and design solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and impactful.
* Collaborate Across Teams – Work with data colleagues, marketing strategists, and stakeholders to ensure data models and lists are relevant, accurate, and valuable.
* Champion Data Quality & Governance – Maintain high standards of accuracy, transparency, and compliance, ensuring data assets are trusted and well-managed.
* Innovate & Improve – Continuously seek opportunities to optimize queries, improve performance, and enhance the usability of our data.
We Are Looking For People Who Have
* Excellent SQL Expertise – Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large datasets and optimizing complex queries (BigQuery preferred; other cloud SQL warehouses welcomed).
* Strong Data Modeling Skills – Experience designing data structures and pipelines for performance, scalability, and usability.
* Marketing Data Experience (Preferred) – Familiarity with audience creation, campaign measurement, and customer segmentation.
* Commercial Mindset – Ability to recognize business value of data and deliver solutions with measurable impact.
* Problem-Solving & Big-Picture Thinking – Independent worker who identifies gaps and proposes solutions aligned with business goals.
* Clear Communication – Ability to explain technical concepts simply and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
