About You You’ll have delivered business change or transformation projects within a complex organisation, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities Some level of recognised project management qualification would be essential Your stakeholder management skills give you the confidence working with colleagues across different business areas and building relationships at all levels You’re experienced in supporting or delivering IT change, with exposure to system or ERP environments and an understanding of how technology and business processes interact You’re experienced across several delivery methodologies and frameworks with the ability to tailor delivery methods to suit the needs of the business and project Your communication and facilitation skills drive you to run workshops, keep stakeholders engaged, and present clear updates to a range of audiences You’re proactive and collaborative in your approach, resilient when working through challenges and motivated by delivering meaningful change A certification or formal training in Change Management would be desirable About Us With over 60 branches nationwide, we are the UK’s largest supplier of light commercial vehicle rental solutions.
