The framework is to provide a multitude of minor works and civils packages across the country. This project alone will help excel your career, giving you the opportunity to gain broad, all-encompassing exposure as a quantity surveyor, while also extending your experience through involvement in high-profile projects across the wider businessWork will include:Contract administration under the Main Contract and SubcontractsSupport the team with management of subcontract payment notices in accordance with statutory and company requirementsAssist in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reportsIdentify risks and opportunities in the administration of commercial processes upstream and downstreamMonitoring of planned vs actual cost across disciplines (Labour, Plant, Material, and Subcontract)Timely issue of contractual notices and quotations under the projectFirst principles estimatingAbout YouQuantity Surveying experience within the construction sectorsExcellent attitude and willingness to learn and develop is a mustNEC contract experience is desirableRail or Framework experience is desirableCan commute to Ashford, Kent 2 days a weekThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop with a rapidly expanding contractor with a busy work bank for a number of years and loads of progression opportunities.If youre interested - or know someone who may be - please apply or get in touch directly.??
