An exciting role on a permanent full-time contract has come up in our London team: Working as
Brand Manager (m/f/d)
you will lead the development and execution of the Mr. Men Little Miss brand including Partnerships and Licensing across all markets. You will be responsible for brand positioning, licensing and retail partnerships, and product development to drive brand awareness and commercial success.
What you are responsible for
BRAND STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
* Working with the Head of Brand Development develop and implement brand strategies to grow engagement and market share in key territories and categories
* Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including products, marketing, and retail.
* Work with creative teams to develop brand assets, packaging, and messaging
* Working with the marketing team advise on brand execution across marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, social media, and experiential activations
* Monitor brand image and press working with PR agencies when required to maximize brand exposure
LICENSING & PARTNERSHIPS
* Brand lead on collaborations and partnerships providing a bespoke service to maximise the partnership working in conjunction Creative and Marketing when necessary
* Work with existing licensing partners to develop innovative brand extensions and retail executions
* Drive innovative product development and ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all categories in the UK and key partners worldwide
* Elevate the MMLM web shop through innovation, PD and creative to become the one stop shop for all MMLM fans
MARKET ANALYSIS & PERFORMANCE TRACKING
* Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
* Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive product development.
What you bring with you
* A positive and enthusiastic team player with a can-do approach
* At least 3 years proven experience in brand management or licensing preferably in pre-school or publishing (e.g., toys, publishing, media, or entertainment)
* A degree in Marketing, Business or Media would be preferred but is not essential.
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, product development, and consumer behaviour.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Creative and commercial thinker strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial flair.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
