We’re now looking for Zone Aftersales Managers who are commercially astute, people focused and confident operating with autonomy. This is a pivotal field based role, offering real influence over our Retailer network performance, customer experience and long‑term profitability across your defined Zone.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Operations, you will take full ownership of Aftersales performance across your Zone. You’ll work in close partnership with Retailer network teams to deliver ambitious objectives across commercial performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. The Zone Aftersales Manager will also need to make sure that franchise representation is consistently maintained at the appropriate standard by all Retailers in their Zone.
This is a field based role that suits someone who enjoys variety, accountability and building trusted relationships. You will have the freedom to manage your own diary, backed by a supportive leadership team and strong central resources and processes.
The Zone Aftersales Manager will identify improvement opportunities and support mechanisms as well as agree actions and processes that will help drive performance within their Zone. Through training and coaching activities you will proactively influence and drive continuous improvement in the following performance areas within your Zone; behaviours, capabilities and retailer processes.

You Are Likely To Bring
* Experience in a commercial, operational or Aftersales environment, ideally across multiple locations
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a people centred approach
* Excellent organisation and the resilience to manage competing priorities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and performance reporting tools
* A full UK driving licence
Location & Travel
The role of a Zone Aftersales Manager is field‑based, covering a dedicated Zone. We currently have three vacancies across England and South Wales. Travel within your Zone is required several times per week.
Automotive Retail experience is welcome but not essential – we value transferable skills and fresh perspectives.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Owning and driving Aftersales performance across all Retailers in your Zone
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and translating insights into clear, achievable action plans
* Implementing action plans within your dealer network to drive high level performance and tangible results
* Influencing senior Retailer leaders to deliver sustainable behavioural and operational change
* Coaching and developing Aftersales teams to build capability at every level
* Using Retailer Management Information to update, track progress, measure impact and inform decisions
* Planning and prioritising Retailer visits to regularly attend dealerships within your Zone, more frequent visits to lower performing sites may be required
* Ensuring actions, agreed objectives, outcomes and follow‑ups are clearly documented and delivered
This role blends commercial insight, relationship management and hands on problem solving – you will be required to be comfortable analysing performance data and motivating teams on site.
