Your Role
As a Certified Home Health Aide, You Will:
* Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Prepare and assist with nutritious meals
* Monitor and record vital signs as directed
* Support mobility and prescribed exercises
* Assist with medication self-administration
* Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
* Ensure patient safety and report any changes in condition
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with care standards
Qualifications
* Certified HHA in Massachusetts
* Reliable transportation
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Eligible to work in the U.S.
* Proficient in English
* Understanding of HIPAA regulations
* Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping
* Completion of MA Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalent
* Basic literacy and arithmetic skills
* Minimum age of 18 years
