What the Job Involves As a Legal Clerk within the Commercial Law Team, you will facilitate the effective and efficient management of matters relating to Highways and Public Rights Of Way, Commons, and Administrative Support. This includes preparing, drafting, and distributing standard legal documents, managing correspondence, supporting public inquiries and court hearings, providing administrative assistance to the broader legal team, updating the Council’s website, and contributing to the office's procedural development. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, ensuring a positive representation of the Directorate and the Council.
