About The Role
We’re seeking an Employability Coordinator who is passionate about supporting students’ career development and excited to join a team that works across a varied and integral part of the University. Based in the Employability team, this role will provide administrative support and facilitate the delivery of projects and coordination within the department.
The post holder will liaise and coordinate team finance, governance, and communication activities, ensuring processes and systems are of high quality and followed effectively. You will support specific employability tasks, such as job and event approvals and student right-to-work checks, to support our successful Micro-internship scheme.

The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who is conscientious and hardworking, actively contributing to making Falmouth University a great place to work. In this fast-paced environment, we seek individuals with the energy and agility to navigate the evolving higher education landscape while executing our ambitious plans. Additionally, the candidate should have a high attention to detail, project delivery experience, the ability to work autonomously, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
We are interested in candidates with the following skills and experience:
1. Recent and relevant experience supporting successful projects.
2. Experience with financial processes, such as raising orders.
3. Experience working on collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders.
4. Good planning and organizing skills.
5. Knowledge and experience using MS Office applications and web content management.
