The project: We are currently looking for an experienced change manager to work within the PMO across the Stansted Airport Transformation programme. This role will offer flexible working, but ideally, we are looking for someone to work on site 2/3 days per week within the client and project/programme delivery environment. The role will be supporting the clients (Stansted Airport) strategic investment programme of works to expand terminal capacity. The change manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, controlling & reporting the overall change control status for the programme, via the projects that form the overall STN-TP programme. This will involve the integrate of responsibilities with the schedule, cost and risk functions of the PMO. The change manager role will work closely with the client and other key delivery partners, and suppliers within the programme. Experience of working in a delivery environment with multiple stakeholders is vital for the position. You will be developing your expertise in PMO and project controls, with a growing internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders). Responsible for the development, management, control, analysis, reporting and enhancement of the STN-TP change control process. Responsible for integration of the change control process into other PMO disciplines i.e. cost, schedule, risk management. Ensure facilitation & execution of change management reviews at programme and project levels. Responsible for the analysis and assessment of all change through its full lifecycle. Ensure a strong line of communication between client and programme/project delivery stakeholder. You will support senior PMO stakeholders in influencing long term development of strategy for a function or Business Unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future. You will support the HUB PMO and project controls director with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission. You'll need to have: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position using change management processes and toolsets. Ideal experience of using PowerApps in a similar environment would be of benefit. Relevant qualifications in change management (ACMF, MSP Practitioner or APMG - Change Management). A background of working with large organisations in their global change and delivery projects environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and communicate to individuals at all levels of an organisation, with outstanding organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, within timelines. You'll also have: Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
